The IMF dropped a bombshell on July 1st and many Nigerians missed it.
It said the government borrowed and spent a huge percentage of money without accounting for it through the budget.
That means, off the books.
Lagos Alpha-beta style.
“I bought the Mandilas building through a loan from Zenith Bank. The Lagos State government initially demolished part of the building and refused to rebuild it. After they gave me the approval to rebuild it, I collected another loan and rebuilt it. Now, the Lagos State government came back to forcefully take over the entire building from me.
-Onuorah Eze Okafor, who bought Mandilas in Lagos, shares a heartbreaking story of the battle he’s facing with the Lagos State government over the ownership of his Mandilas building!✍️
Doesn't matter how much talent you have. As long as you believe you don't have the right to be on the same pitch as your opposition, you're right. They ALL have a huge mental block that I've been watching for decades since my first world cup in 1994.
You can take Senegal or Nigeria with all their superstars and put them on that pitch against Uzbekistan and I promise you they will find a way to look like an inferior team next to Uzbekistan, even though that makes no sense.
I've seen one of the most absurdly stacked Nigeria teams of all time, where 7 of the starting 11 were starters in the Premier League or La Liga, and they found a way to not just lose to this shit Greece side, but also get completely dominated in the process, completely unable to move the ball and resorting to the usual long ball, hit and hope nonsense.
It makes no sense unless you realise that all African teams south of the Sahara suffer from a debilitating inferiority complex that has never been addressed. If you don't believe you can do something, you are correct.
The building in the first frame has been trending since yesterday. Isaac Fayose, who sparked the trend, claimed that the building (belonging to an unnamed Senator) is located in Asokoro, Abuja.
Well, I did a quick check and what I found is mind-blowing.
The modern castle belongs to Senator Kenneth Eze Emeka, a senator representing the Ebonyi Central Senatorial District, under the APC.
Before being elected, for the first time, to the Senate, in 2023, he had served as the Executive Chairman of Ezza South LGA.
Strikingly, he built this mansion shortly after becoming a Senator. What's worse? He is from one of the poorest LGAs in the South East.
Before venturing into politics, Senator Ken Eze - as he’s fondly called - had not held any official top management position in the private sector. His only pathway to wealth was politics.
How did he climb in politics? He is a close friend of the former Ebonyi state governor, Dave Umahi. After helping Umahi win the 2015 governorship election, Senator Ken Eze was rewarded with the LGA Chairman position, through which he accumulated wealth and rose to the Senate.✍️
We are PRIVATE citizens, the government should know very little if anything about us at all.
They are PUBLIC officials, we should know damn near everything about what they are doing.
The cameras are pointed the wrong way.
Meksika Savunma Bakanı, kartellerden ele geçirilen silahların %20'sinin İsrail menşeli, geri kalan %80'inin ise Amerika Birleşik Devletleri menşeli olduğunu belirtti.

80 yıl boyunca her yıl 120 gün ve günde 24 saat 12.000 btu bir klimayı çalıştırırsanız ömrünüz boyunca doğaya yaptığınız co2 salınımı 100 ton olacaktır.
bir süperyat haftada 109 ton
bir özel jet yılda 810 ton
co2 salınımı yapar.
yani ömrünüz boyunca yazları terleyerek geçirirken bir milyardar sadece bir haftada sizin ömrünüz boyunca kaçındığınız zararı doğaya verebiliyor.
When you're done sighing, you will also explain why the same US government sent its World Bank chief to hold a meeting with African vice-chancellors telling them to close down African universities and focus on primary education because tertiary education is not for Africans.
Continue sighing very well.
Person that the only thing inside your head is useless, impotent English. You don't understand anything about the world you live in.

Never did I think anybody would be worse than Buhari. Tinubu's Government is a tragedic disaster this nation might not recover from in decades to come.
Senator OluRemi Tinubu holds the firm belief that women should be empowered with grants to start akara, roasted corn, & kulikuli business by the roadside in 2026. That’s her worldview.
That’s her definition of Women Empowerment. That is how a — 21st century First Lady thinks?
Now I understand exactly why they think that the people deserve to scavenge for bread from moving vehicles. Now I understand why they don’t even rate Nigerians. Those women don’t deserve buses like the City Boys Movement?
They don’t deserve shops or shop rents? They don’t deserve cars like APC women leaders?
And if you give jobs to their children, that way, they can take care of their mothers, it will be considered a taboo or — too much of a gift?
Spin doctors will spin this. They will deflect by infusing Peter Obi into the conversation. They will say she never meant akara, roasted corn, nor kuli-kuli. But that’s exactly what she meant. Nigerians are in big trouble. There is fire on the mountain but the people are tired of running.
Nigeria is plagued by ancient problems, ancient mentality, & ancient mendacity. You are ruled — “not governed” by the Ancient of Days. 💔
“And what is my fault in Kebbi ?
I stood up here in the Senate to tell Nigerians to assist us that bandits are killing us.
And suddenly, the governor thought, I was fighting him.
I have never fought to the governor.
I have nothing against him.
But my people that sent me here asked me to cry, and I cried.
And they appreciate it. 3 years since Tinubu’s government, 3 years.
2023, 2024, and 2025.
The budget has not been implemented.
He has never implement a budget.
How does a country run without a budget?
The selective financing of project, and we have borrowed and borrowed and borrowed.
Where is the money we are borrowing?
All the revenue generating agency in this country told us they have exceeded their target.
Where is the money going?”
Senator representing Kebbi state, voices out his frustration with Tinubu led administration.
Four years since #EndSars, LASG has refused to release body of the 20yr old photo journalist Pelumi Onifade who was haunted, klled for filming a grassroot APC politician shoot live at protesters.
Pelumi captured the gruesome moment Abiodun Bolarinwa pulled out a gun, and ended innocent lives at Abule Egba.
Apparently, Olusegun Abiodun Bolarinwa the President of the Yoruba Youth Forum went there to calm and control the protesting crowd.
But they figured he was attempting to use them to boost his political profile, so they ignored and asked him to leave.
Following the rejection, in the heat, he brought out a pump action, shot two in the air. Got down from his SUV, walked towards the vulnerable crowd and shot six times, allegedly resulting to the death of two people.
The story would have been a rumor, but Pelumi Onifade who is the only son of his single mother, was on ground to capture the whole event on tape for GboahTV.
As the video went viral, later that evening, men of Lagos Task Force (Police) haunted and arrested the 20yr old Pelumi, hours later he was found dead in a mortuary at Ikorodu.
Since then, Lagos state government has frustrated every efforts from his single mother to collect his body for proper burial, ranging from random DNA tests to prove she (Bose Onifade) was his real mother, down to frivolous excuses from officials. As police reportedly refused to investigate the case.
According to eye witness, the other victims chose to remain silent, out of fear and threats.
Although, in 2022 Olusegun Abiodun Bolarinwa was arraigned and sentenced. Mr Abiodun perpetrated a N266.5 million fraud in 2020 claiming to be former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s son and pitching for appointment as the Chief of Army Staff.
He was sentenced to 7yrs imprisonment, but many assume he isn't doing the time, due to the Idris Okuneye saga.
Lagos police have been reluctant to open investigations concerning his role in Pelumi's demise. But last August, a federal high court finally ordered an investigation be carried out to understand why he was arrested by the police alive and later found dead.
