@AntonEberhard So a major stumbling block is the lack of transmission (ref failed /limited awards in rounds 5&6). But I haven’t see resolving this on the “plans” reported. just …..procure more power that can’t be transmitted (ref “new laws to fast track power procurement”) wrong focus (again)

@CityofCT More areas of Hout Bay affected than mentioned in the City’s media statement. Scott Estate, for example, which is far from Hangberg, Mount Rhodes and Llandudno, has been without water since 06h00 Sunday morning.
