This van is regularly parked like this on Flaggwood Avenue in Marple. This has resulted in my disabled son having to take there wheelchair into the road... made even more difficult by the absence of any lowered kerbs at this end of Flaggwood (Walton Dr end).

Walking back from hairdresser to see this idiot completely blocking the pavement. Between Elmfield and the Bridge on Stockport road. Anyone with a pram or wheelchair would have to go into a busy road to get past. Totally thoughtless parking!

So many road closures and works in Marple... might help if the diversion signs actually made some sense though. This one at end of Norbury Drive just before the Manor Hill closure is particularly stupid! Surely this is where the diversion starts? 🙄

Hmm, well judging by the amount of 💚 bins out today versus the amount with permit stickers attached (only saw 8 walking around estate) I'd say the council communication on the new scheme has been very successful... NOT!! 🙄 @StockportMBC @sgribbonlibdems

@CadentGasLtd road closure in Marple with no advanced warning/diversion signage in place. It's causing so many issues and an accident waiting to happen. All for the sake of 1 sign marking a clear diversion to get around the closed part. Why?
