@AsdaServiceTeam once again another 40min wait for a prescription. Why is a pharmacy not staffed / scheduled so that they don’t have to close for lunch / breaks. Asda Greenhithe is soul destroying on every visit.

@AsdaServiceTeam and for a third time complaining about Asda pharmacy Greenhithe. Yesterday waited 30min for prescription for one item to be ordered. Come back today to see a sign that they are now closed for a tea break for 30min! This needs to be staffed better!

@TiceRichard @TfL Maybe you stand down there and challenge them…rather than be a keyboard warrior. Also look up the number of stabbings that have happened in Woolwich this year alone. I wouldn’t tell any staff to challenge through risk of repercussions the sad world we live in now.

@drlsullivan what is being done about wait time for blood test at Gravesend Community hospital. Saturday morning over 2 hours, tried again today already waiting 30min and still 10 people in front. There are elderly having to wait unacceptable times.

The pharmacy at @AsdaServiceTeam Greenhithe is a joke. There is never a time where you don’t wait at least 25 min for your prescription… always understaffed. I need something for a back ache by the time I leave 🙄

@Fantastic appt cancelled by yourself twice now. When I called for a refund as you are obviously not able to provide the service I have paid for I get told I will have to wait for a call back. No indication on when this is! #poorcustomerservice #cleaning
