The tunnel road, if executed, will be the costliest per km road in the world. Does the BBMP plan to build this out of gold instead of cement and steel?

For perspective:
- The Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway cost ₹8,500 Cr for 119 km, 6 lanes
- Atal Tunnel cost ₹3,000 Cr for 9 km, traversing through the Himalayas
- Mumbai Coastal Road is ₹13,000 Cr for 29.2 km, with undersea tunnel
- Kerala Coastal Highway is ₹6,500 Cr for 625 km, with multiple tunnels
- KR Puram-Silk Board Metro is ₹5,500 Cr for 18 km stretch with 13 stations

And yet, Congress Govt wants ₹18,500 Cr for a tunnel usable only by private cars.

This isn’t infrastructure. It’s organised loot in the name of mobility and clear betrayal of Bengalureans trust.
