@shreyas Yes, I had a situation once when leadership had dictated a product that should be built. Customer research told us a different one was needed. I had to tell them this story and what they had said they actually needed and why.
@shreyas A point of clarification. The storytelling is to help these folks understand the why of what you’re presenting, what you’re strategy is, and the outcomes you expect to achieve. I’ve often told stories to explain product decisions based on insights from data customer research.
@onejasonknight Haha yeah. I’m an Apple fanboy and have one myself but hardly ever use it. It’s my phone, kindle, or laptop. They’re good for watching things when on a plane though paired nicely with one of the Apple headsets 😁
@BabakHosseini But it’s often at the top of the list anyway. I’m good with it now that I live in the US but wasn’t when I lived in the UK and had to scroll far down 😏
