@GovKathyHochul and @PCG_US, you should both be ashamed of yourselves, allowing the NYS Early Intervention program to collapse, preventing federally mandated services to lapse for babies with disabilities 0-3 years old. Do something!!

@BetterCeo Maybe a way to think of this is an ongoing set of go/no go decisions based on goals that emerge as the circumstances change. The key is to always keep the latest goal in mind, and as you approach its realization, you formulate the next goal based on the current circumstances.
