I have spoken at many high schools. Not once did a student say that social media was on the whole good for them.
Tips to Spring forward your circadian clock this month from Dr. @SatchinPanda of the @salkinstitute:
1. Go to bed 1 hour earlier and set the alarm 30 minutes earlier than normal.
2. Have breakfast in the daylight and dinner under low lights.
3. In the afternoon get outdoors and get active.
4. Finish dinner one hour earlier. No late night dinner.
5. Plan your socials around Happy Hour.
6. Make it a dry weekend—no alcohol and no coffee after noon.
