FYI--6 PM Mon basically no way to get between Santa Barbara County & Ventura County. 101 won't work, Highway 150 a "no go" & now Hwy 126 closed east of Fillmore so going the long way around won't work. Mud & water everywhere, traffic jams, vehicles stuck in mud & flood waters.
