I have been a supporter of @comcastcares and customer service for years but moving to new Florida region has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I’m over 10+ hours trying to get @comcast or @Xfinity TV or internet. It’s not hardware. It’s bad Acct Mgt blaming tech team.

Granted I’m still in GA... but only found out today I’ve crossed regions apparently. Maybe ATL @Xfinity just has better systems. TV / Internet was working fine today when tech left.. yet they canceled again incorrectly or who knows what. Robot phone just hangs up now.
