The beauty of Tesla is the price you see is the price you pay. There are no price negotiations over $500, floor mats, undercoat, paint protection, extended warranties. Same as literally every other manufactured product you buy today. Consumers do not like purchasing the way dealers have constructed it. They want to purchase on-line, and have a convenient place nearby to pick it up and get it serviced. I just want to buy my car. They may need to open more retail shops. But they don't need franchise dealers.
