Which is rather preposterous BECAUSE just yesterday the SAME person sent me a form to fill in, & Your WEBSITE says it’s ALLOWED!Then she sent me a one sentence email saying I’m sorry your package will be shipped back!
Is this the “excellence and value” that you pride yourself in?

@UPSHelp I don’t know what’s happening with your @UPS_IT @UPSHelp_IT. My package was picked up by your @UPS_UK on the 14th and supposed to be delivered to Italy on the 17th of June today is the 23th and all I have gotten are excuses. I am beyond upset!!

I paid the “customs charges” on the 19th and the package was updated to (cleared customs) when I started questioning where it was first I got a text to email some random email, which I did and then one federica penna sent me a prescription import form to fill in (1/3)

I questioned why I had to fill in a prescription import for non prescription meds- this parcel has paracetamol, ibruprofen and Citirizen which are all OVER THE COUNTER MEDS , which I explained to her. She then made REPLIED saying “ups is not allowed to ship medicine!” (2/3)
