It's been more than 48 hours after the snow storm and it's not been cleaned properly. This is not first time and entire neighborhood called city and made a complaint. Nothing happened so far.

@SunwingVacay Flight WG218/219 to Cuba on last Sunday. We did not receive baggage during our 7 day stay. To claim other insurance provider I need a proof that we did not receive any baggage. can you please provide the proof and advise how can I claim the out-of-pocket expenses.
