Two practical downsides:
1) Roguelike mode unavailable when internet is down.
2) Constant phoning home was zero help when contacting support.
Hitman was fun, and I didn't even bother looking at this game. I have no interest

A few years after playing, I got to tour a real one. The only difference in the control interfaces was that the real one had a monitor connected to the periscope. Other than that: identical.
Blew my mind.
