She's talking about corporations taking advantage of common resources when and treating them as free, such as water they use and air they pollute. She's saying these things should be addressed and factored in, not just shrugged off as free.

@cinnie_kinnie I never hear people talk about it in the way you seem to be describing. I hear people justify micro transactions they've purchased or express wonder at their 1000+ hours in a $30 game. I don't know that I've ever heard anyone I know talk about it in a way that undercut the art.
