Facing serious recovery harassment from Prefr & its agents.

Was abused with explicit language (“f*** you”, “otha”) during a call when I requested time. Even worse, my emails to their nodal officer ([email protected]) are being blocked — denying me access to grievance redressal. (Screenshot attached)

This is a clear violation of fair recovery practices.

Reportedly one more precious life ended due to loan app HARASSMENT in Andhra Pradesh.

India is facing a growing crisis of loan app harassment. Borrowers report contact lists accessed without consent, families called repeatedly, morphed photos circulated, and threats of arrest over small unpaid EMIs. Debt recovery is legal — humiliation is not. A missed EMI is not a crime, and no loan amount is worth a human life. Strict enforcement of RBI digital lending guidelines is urgently needed.
