The entire road opposite Cubic Mall in Chembur has been designated as no parking although the road is wide enough to accommodate angular parking atleast. But here is the kicker. By night this same no parking zone turns into a khau galli and the police or MCGM have no problem. United in Corruption.

But a "helpful" BMC staff told me the same form was available across the road in a "xerox" shop. I paid 2 rs and got it from the shop. This is a very sophisticated form of corruption.
