3 years back I had to raise around 15 grievances and follow up for 6-8 months to update a single entry in my service history on EPFO passbook portal.

Now EPFO seems to have updated its portal and guess what? My Service history of that one company is missing. Looks like I've to spend another 6 months to get it updated.

World is building cutting edge tech around AI and we aren't able to maintain even a website in big 2026. There should be an ITR form to capture this pain and time spent in doing Govt's job to claim a refund.

Disband EPFO. For the nth time it will be a consequential reform. Just completely binning many legacy govt owned/run institutions will improve both productivity and welfare. Don’t waste time reforming these dens of snakes.

After the recent EPFO software migration and dashboard upgrade, thousands of employees are facing uncertainty. Many Form-31 advance claims (including both employee & employer share – 75%) have been pending without any clear timeline. Passbooks from previous employers are also still unavailable for many users.

Please introduce a transparent TAT for every claim stage (e.g., verification, approval, payment) and communicate the actual reason for delays. People's PF savings are emergency funds not money that should remain stuck in long queues without updates.

Better transparency builds trust. We request a clear official update for all EPF members. 🙏
