Good engineers do not leave because the problems are difficult.
They often leave when solving the problems becomes easier than navigating the environment around them.
@officialepfo This is the state of EPFO service in India: PF withdrawal pending 24 days, old grievance disposed but portal blocks a new one, and listed contact numbers don’t work. A system meant to help people is failing them when they need their own money most. @LabourMinistry

Kaho toh kis ko arzi doon,

Main dil ka raaz kehta hun,
Ke jab jab saansein leta hoon
@editingemily Then one night due to shortage of money had to vacate my motel room. Slept on railway platform with 100 bucks in my pocket. At midnight there was heavy rain and i was completely drenched and cold. Next day asked bus conductor for free ride to drop me at delhi.
@editingemily Way back in 2013, at my first job as EMF survey engineer. I used to travel village to village, site to site to survey the telecom tower sites. As mostly i was allocated rural areas in India i have to walk miles through fields, farms. Sometimes climb up the 200m or 300m high tower
@Microtek_india we have few months old microtek eml5090 stabilizer. With which we are facing issue for last few weeks. And so we raised a support request.
And today one of your service engineer visited us and he was rude, arrogant. Didn’t expect such customer service.
He misbehaved, he was arrogant. He removed three capacitor from stabilizer and said microtek has added them as mistake. He refused to give us the customer copy of service visit report. After leaving the site he called my dad from multiple unknown numbers and abused him.
