आज दिनांक 6 अप्रैल 2025 को बिहार प्रदेश कांग्रेस मुख्यालय सदाकत आश्रम पटना में ऑल इंडिया प्रोफेशनल कांग्रेस के तत्वाधान में बिहार चुनाव परिचर्चा आयोजित हुई। जिसमें मुझे आल इंडिया प्रोफेशनल कांग्रेस @ProfCong Sadakat की बिहार ईकाई की तरफ से भाग लेने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ। बिहार के एकेडमिक हेड प्रो. निलेश नारायण जी से प्रोफेशनल कांग्रेस को कैसे बढ़ाया जाए, क्या स्ट्रेटजी बनाई जाए, जन जन तक कैसे पहुंचा जाए, पर चर्चा हुई।

Ordered Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryani (1/2 kg) from Biryani By Kilo, but what I received did not match the product description or images.
It didn't taste like an authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. The quantity appeared to be around 35–40% less than expected for a 1/2 kg order.

When I tried to connect with the live support agent, the chat was forcefully closed before my issue was heard & resolved.

We had to throw the foods
Since I'm a kidney patient travelling here with Sanghmitra exp, I'm unable to have my medicines which I am supposed to take after lunch at 2pm IST

Very unprofessional, unfortunate and unbelievable

Even more disappointing — the customer care response from RailRestro was highly unprofessional.
Instead of addressing safety concerns, they:
❌ Ignored hygiene issue
❌ Didn’t take accountability
❌ Asked to “order next time” for discount

The food package was NOT sealed properly. Everything was mixed:
❌ Curry leaked everywhere
❌ Roti soaked in gravy
❌ Pickle packets torn
❌ Aluminium foil & plastic mixed inside food
This is clearly NOT consumable.

Urgent Attention Required

Traveling in Train No. 12295 Sanghmitra Express (SMVT → DNR), Coach A2, Seats 19 & 20.
We are facing extremely poor conditions in 2AC:
-Washrooms are dirty & unusable
-Flush not working
-Basin not cleaned
-Dustbins not managed

Despite multiple complaints to housekeeping, no action has been taken.
We are patients (UTI, kidney & eye issues) and are advised to drink water, but due to unhygienic conditions, we are unable to follow medical advice.

• Paid advance rental since July 2024 (₹1199 plan)
• Was advised by Jio to stop paying if internet not needed
• Connection suspended officially
• On return, service restarted after payment
