the math on this:
as it stands, 112K annual subs hit their renewal date between november and next august
38K of them already cancelled, so those won't renew unless we do something. the other 74K are still set to renew, but that number drops ~5pp every month as people get closer to their date
realistically we land around a 35% renewal rate. so of the $3.33M on the table: $1.17M lands, $1.14M is already gone, and $1.03M drifts off before their date (net proceeds)
an example strategy: a win back offer inside the app at -30% off the yearly plan, only shown to people who already cancelled, triggered weeks before their renewal date instead of after
right now it's a pool of 38K annual cancellations. if we win back 15% back it's +$122K in proceeds we save
but as the drift plays out that pool grows to ~73K by august then we should be able to save $232K of proceeds
timing is everything here

so many cool companies!
I never thought I would spend more on Applovin than meta.
I am spending an average of $160k a day on Applovin and this is my exact structure.
I started from $0 spend on July 16th (1 month ago).
4 campaigns:
1: Prospecting Target Roas ( Set at 10% higher than actual target )
2: Prospecting Target CPA ( Set at 10% lower than actual target )
3: Universal Target Roas ( Set at 10% higher than actual target )
4: Universal Target CPA ( Set at 10% lower than actual target )
Launch 4 creative sets to start with ( same creatives in all the campaigns ). $200/day. Turn off unprofitable campaigns, scale good ones ( obviously ) . Scale aggressive ( 4x budgets daily no problem ).Similar to a CBO on meta it will choose where to spend itself.
End Cards / Interactives: Keep them super clean and simple.
Top 1/4 of the screen: Offer.
2/4: Urgency.
3/4: Product.
4/4: CTA.
Remove all the add ons from applovin, just keep CTA ( Shop now button ).
Applovin asked us to film a case study. But instead I’ve made a 21 page PDF, with actual screenshots. It’s step-by-step to how we went from $0 to $160k daily spend in 3 weeks.
I showed their team this PDF and they gave me an incentive to share it with you:
You get FREE $5K CREDIT WITH $5K SPEND

2) DM me a screenshot after you signed up and I’ll send you the PDF.
P.S. I’m obviously getting a percentage of spend from everyone signing up through my link so therefore it’s in my best interest to see you guys scale. I’ll give anyone who’s actually scaling a ton of consulting calls so you keep scaling.
