@British_Airways hi. How do you stay in business when your digital products are all so bad continued ‘website is busy’ app just whirring multiple devices browsers WiFi, data etc. I can’t think of a business that could survive with things this bad, so in a way congrats! #fail
@AlasdairGold Unfortunately impossible to read on the website get to the bottom and page refresh with ads takes you to the top again. Does anyone use test these broken experiences

@easyJet is the Lgw to Palma ezy6317 some kind of retro plane layout when people were smaller? I literally can’t get my legs and feet under the seat and been asked to also put a bag there. Laws of physics won’t allow it. Is this a really old plane? Much worse than usual EJ
