@VirginMoney why can’t I see my Virgin Rewards balance on the ‘Accounts’ tab in the Virgin Money app?
I have to download the Virgin Red app just to be able to see this.
@parcelforce it says ‘The addressee has requested delivery of the parcel to a new address’… that’s a lie!
When was this request made because we certainly didn’t ask for the tracked parcel to be sent to an address different?!
@parcelforce For tracking updates?? That screenshot I posted is FROM the tracking site! I don’t want to track it… I want it delivered to my house like it was paid for!
Not to be lied to and told that the delivery address was changed which it wasn’t!
