Edwin Sifuna has not stolen from the public or at all. He has led an honest and modest but illustrious and successful life and career as an Advocate and leader. In fact, his simple house is indicative of the degree and height of his accountability and integrity. He is the model leader.
As someone who stammers and has struggled with public speaking,I'd ask that we be kind to the learned judge. Not everyone is naturally eloquent, especially when delivering a lengthy judgment in a high-profile case. Let's critique the reasoning and not the fluency of its delivery
Senior Counsel Charles Kanjama isn't perfect as Law Society of Kenya President
No one will ever be
But there's a clear reason we all backed him instead of this self righteous goal post shifting charlatan

Amenya amekula pesa ya Gor Semelang’o the scammer but he’s here warning us about Uhuru money,Kimuzi supported ICC suspect here’s here warning us,Diano is chewing Chesang the scammer money they’re here warning us,Ja Loka is chewing Raymond’s money etc . All these people are goons but when Sifuna wants to stand they’re saying he doesn’t have financial muscle or he’s being funded by Uhuru yet they’re eating corrupt money themselves!
At this point we don’t even care if Alshabab or Al Qaeda gives us money to fund his campaign,Ruto must go to Sugoi first that’s the priority!!

The plan is to make Kenya a failed state;
1. Destroy the middle class.
-shut down manufacturing companies.

-no increments on salaries.
2. Turn everyone into a beggar.
-introduce digital currency.
-government as biggest employer.
-destroy informal sector.
-divest manufacturing.
-over regulate/ over tax small and medium enterprises.
-subsidise corporates.
3. Privatize land.
-give access to farmland to global agricultural multinationals.
-bills that take away land sovereignty from the citizen.
-introduce a land tax.
-create squatters.
4. Control housing.
-15 minute cities.
-over surveillance.
-avoidable housing for those who can't afford a tax on their freehold land.
5. Destroy seed sovereignty.
-introduce only patented seedlings.
-prioritise GMOs and hybrids.
-demonize indigenous seeds and organic farming.
-pass bills that curtail the growth and aspirations of small scale farmers.
6. Privatize water.
-force a people to need a license to harvest rain water, rivers or dams.
-overtax boreholes so only the rich can afford them.
-give global beverage and bottled water companies uninhibited access.
7. Enslave the nation in debt.
-borrow from global banking cartels;
IMF, World Bank, China EXIM Bank, European Central Bank, African Development Bank...
-squander taxes.
-loot borrowed money.
-use national assets as colateral for debt.
8. Destroy Sovereignty.
-allow foreign military bases in your land.
-allow foreign governments say so in your socio-economic/ political issues.
-allow biological weapons labs.
-allow for looting of mineral wealth and natural resources.
9. Create an illiterate populace.
-remove free education.
-introduce a new education model without proper planning.
-allow globalist entities to fund your curriculum.
-dumb down the learners.
-divest/privatise higher learning institutions.
10. Devalue the currency.
-print fiat without regulation.
-inflation.
-loot gold and silver reserves.
-allow global banking cartels to set fiscal policy.
Narrative used by Nyanza politicians to downplay MAU MAU efforts. Resistance is not about winning. Jst applying pressure. That was Maumau Resistance. Lost battles won the war!
We praise Raila for Democracy. He didn't do it, the gov. gave us democracy.Good enough reasoning?
@NelsonHavi Rais,
The Stay jurisdiction of our appellate court is something that we need to re-examine. As I have said previously, whereas the ordinary citizens are subjected to the established standards and test, the government and its entities are treated differently as a favourite kid.
@NelsonHavi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣! We were discussing the intentions of that kind of cross-examination! However, may be Snr Counsel and My teacher Muthomi Thiankolu had a strategy that is unknown to us!
