@KopiteAciis@footy_road & like the season that has just concluded LFC finished 5th, outside the CL positions. Guess who finished 4th? Everton 😂 so winning that Cup was a huge moment in the season, & led to a new rule being set that if a team win the CL outside of the Top 4, the team in 4th are out.
@JacobsBen@BoHughes09@alex_crook Wouldn’t surprise me if he was waiting to see if there would be a change of manager before making a decision, & as it doesn’t look likely, why would u want to stay.
@swtrains_watch@Tom_Atkins96 The public who had tickets for 1st class were downgraded into Standard. If u feel inferior at this point, it’s because most Governments think u actually are.
@swtrains_watch@Tom_Atkins96 I guess the only reason it’s empty is because whenever Governments or VIPs travel 1st, they take the whole carriage to themselves, with the entourage & the press. In the case of Gatwick Express once when working there, the Zimbabwe Gov took the entire 2 1st class carriages
@swtrains_watch@Heidi_Labour@SW_Help There’s always money to rebrand trains, bring in new uniforms etc, but nothing changes on the ground. Magical solutions don’t come with a lick of paint. The lessons are never learnt, & let’s not forget, the 701s aren’t new anymore, they’ve been gathering dust for years!
@virginmedia No I’m aware of the power outage so all I want to do is watch tv which is fine. There’s no internet yet, it’s the message constantly flashing up on the screen that’s annoying. Once u have seen it once, u shouldn’t need to see it again, but every 10 seconds it’s there
@OllieHolt22 Since when does anyone read the Daily Mail in Liverpool? Clueless journalism. Have u been watching any of the games this season? The numbers are being broken for all the wrong reasons.
@NoelDolphin@matthewhodg It’s a hostile environment for electrics so will always need maintaining for years to come. Unlike the rest of the railway, metals corrode much faster there than anywhere else. Kudos to the engineers who constantly battle to keep it safe.
