@roddreher People who reflexively demonize Hitler without actually objectively, considering his statements reveal a limited grasp of reality and have adopted sloganeering to feel connected to something that they find less frightening than reality. These people proceed on a false presumption
@grassbycow@musicandroots Rubbra really puzzled me because I noticed a great deal of a lack of reasonable editing. He would repeat elements far far beyond any reasoning issue, which just became more than tedious.
@historyinmemes Remember psychiatric facilities get federal funds for forced observation and if they can drug you into oblivion keep you as an indefinitely cash cow.
@OnlyInBOS In the 60's my aunt had a house on the ocean in Marshfield. Fireworks were legal and the whole coast from Scituate to Brant Rock was ablaze with bonfires. The Nanny Karen State has ruined life for millions.
@__0HOUR1_@johnrich Now do Santa Barbara County California. They arrested a friend of mine and held him for two days on a totally bogus Trump up charge and when they released him, they had his vehicle and he couldn’t afford the impound fees, and those are shared between the towing company they use
@chriswithans Aliens are first subject to the jurisdiction of their native country. US law applies to them but they're first SUBJECT to their home nation. This is why home nations of aliens convicted of capital crimes can seek their return rather than seeing them subject to death here.
@tigerloose1@CollinRugg The fact that the laws of the United States are applicable to aliens, does not remove from such a person there allegiance to their whole nation to which they are subject, and that’s I believe the language of the amendment
@tigerloose1@CollinRugg You can use ‘subject’ to the laws of the United States, but that does not obviate the pre-existing subjection at the same time to their native country and so people try and assert that if I say someone is not subject to the laws of the United States, they can get away with murder
@tigerloose1@CollinRugg I think a lot of the hangup is on the word; “subject” I see this as referring to their primary subjection to their home nation, as citizens under a king were referred to as subjects, and that the confusion arises when considering how US laws govern all within our territories
