@kevinxu Do you really mean BMI under 20? Are you sure?
I have a BF% of 11.2 according to Dexa and my BMI is 22.
I’m 5’11 so i would need to weigh 140 pounds for a BMI of 19.5. Not right
@bryce I’m most intrigued whether it’s prescribed pharma grade or really UGL or Research Grade.
Hard to imagine giving your child daily injections of research grade or UGL for 1-2 inches
In the US is this prescribed by pediatric endocrinologists? Pretty sure the Pediatric Endos operate under specific guidelines like bone age, LH, testosterone levels etc, and projected height.
or are there online “clinics” similar to the TRT/anti-aging industry?
OR are parents pinning their kids with “Research” grade HGH. 💉💊
I think we’re on the same page.
I had no idea about your journey with your son.
I follow you pretty diligently across multiple forums.
For hormone related stuff I trust you over most doctors, and you seem more knowledgeable than my own son’s pediatric endocrinologist
it’s still hard for me to wrap my head around parents blasting their kids with research or underground HGH for some advantage.
It feels like one thing for adults to take research grade substances.
But injecting your kids daily, with research grade, unsupervised, feels to me like a step too far.
Then again. I do have a kid playing competitive club 🏀 and i wouldn’t put it past some parents
Hard to imaging giving UGL or Research to my kids. Particularly for HGH which I believe needs to be administered daily.
Don't you have to get it "right" e.g. timing (before during Tanner Stages) to have any real impact on height?
Is it being done for height or other reasons?
Love the “Research Purposes Only”
I can imagine Amazon’s CYA checkout process.
“Do you swear on the life of your first born child this is REALLY for research only and not human consumption?”
Can you define “human” and “consumption”?
“Are you seriously not gonna take this yourself?”
“How do you explain the fact that you recently bought BAC Water and 30 Gauge syringes?”
