@Michaela_1776 @CAgovernor It's really simple. Trump originally tried to do this using Oregon's Narional Guard and the Oregon judge blocked that with a TRO. In an attempt to circumvent the judge's first ruling they tried to send Cakifornia's National guard and the judge also blocked that.
