@virginmedia I appreciate I would have got a new customer deal when I first joined 9 years ago, that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be entitled to loyalty offers though? The number you suggest ringing is the one that cut me off after nearly an hour, can you arrange a callback?

@virginmedia I just wanted to renew my package as my deal is up. Every year we have to do a little dance where all the good deals are for new customers and my 9 years loyalty isn’t rewarded, I was hoping this time it would be simpler but I have now been cut off.
