Might need to upgrade to X premium just so more people see this. @Avis customer service is legitimately one of the most silly things. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been trying to use points and keep getting denied and their reasons so far I think require a lawyers opinion.
@Avis is a let down again. All of my points are with them but preferred is a joke. This makes 6 rentals in a row with mistakes and long waits. Anyone know of a rental co that will transfer status? Maybe @enterprisecares or @Hertz ?
I am legitimately surprised that the companies impacted by the tech issues have not requested for it to be declared a national emergency. It certainly feels like one. Hope I can find a way home today. Might just move into airport instead. I live here now.
