Hi @easyJet, have your cabin baggage rules changed recently regarding cycle helmets in addition to a small cabin bag?

Have flown with you a number of times before and a bike helmet was permitted in addition to a small cabin bag, but have just been stopped at the gate.

I've gone through support for a parcel not arriving, but have not been covered by the buyer protection policy so now have no item and no money.

Is there no way to cancel and refund a piece of special luggage I’ve already paid for for €100?! There has been a change or circumstance so I no longer need to bring a bike with me.
