@ethanjaack Definitely! But, I still want to be refunded for the payment they have taken for a service I cancelled last year, from a card that had expired on their system. Very dodgy practice.

@GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp be aware when using the GoDaddy platform. I had removed a service last year and they don’t have an authorised card of mine on their system. However, they have charged me for an old service and they can’t refund the payment!! 🤬

@GoDaddyHelp Apparently, your policy doesn’t give refunds, even though the money was taken from an unauthorised card for a cancelled service only last month.

@GoDaddyHelp The money was taken from an unauthorised card. My existing card had expired and you somehow used my new card, even though it wasn’t on the system and id already cancelled. The support team were not useful.
