@lyft Waiting for rides in a waiting queue for hours. How is it a new car entering the lot jumps the line? I've seen the queue increase ahead of me 10+ times. It's such that all of the rides would be gone by the time it's my turn. #WTF

@PortofSeattle Who can I talk to about your outdated rules around ride-share vehicles picking up from #seatac airport? You can an MPG minimum for vehicles picking up even though the waiting queue is outdoors. How is keeping my jeep from picking up helping?

Been on the phone with @Uber_Support for 55 min now over a simple issue I have no control over. Spoken with 6 different people now. @Uber I run a consulting firm out of Seattle WA and would love to come in and help you correct your work flow / support issues. DM me.

@Uber_Support No help at all. Support got me off the phone after an hour and twenty minutes with an answer of contact Seattle dept of licensing by video chat. Their website says straight up it is Ubers responsibility to file tnc permit renewals. I contacted the dept in Seattle and confirmed.
