I'm a bit surprised that the numbers for investing in new zero-carbon technologies aren't as transparent. We need to have a plan on how to invest in Z-C Tech and monitor it for progress. Is there something akin to this?

3 bis. (A stretch goal) After net-zero, we can continue sequestering carbon and choose to return to pre-industrial levels. (Based on the current levels, 1.5ºC isn't going to be very nice.)

3. After reaching net-zero we will have to live and suffer in a warmer world for generations.
