It is, of course, nonsense.

Respondents were asked about two options:
a. 10% price cut for everyone
vs
b. rises for some & cuts for others

Funnily enough, people chose (a), which isn't available vs (b) which isn't zonal.

Great to see plans for legislation to extend the price cap.

It's been an incredible success - reducing bills directly, and finally forcing energy companies to become efficient if they want to make money, rather than lazily overcharging for bloat.
