@CorKinetic ❌ I don’t feel it would benefit the industry. Similar to a discussion we had on the @UK_STA chat this week. Who decides who tells you which CPD you have to do? Why do they get to decide this? How do they know what each individual needs?
@CorKinetic Probably a few points:
✅ Yes journals needing to stay relevant.
✅ We all learn differently, many prefer other options to just reading, maybe why they found this result?
✅ If the above were to happen, it should probably be accompanied by education around publication bias etc.
How common are tender points in areas that are not painful?
If you press on your traps, around your clavicle or epicondyles it tender? Meaning, unless you press there you would not feel pain there. RTs appreciated

One look at the anatomy of the rotator cuff complex and it's immediately apparent why you cannot isolate a specific muscle with a "special test". https://t.co/DNuDUhvcRg
@MichaelBraccio Stiffness is stress versus strain. You measure the torque it takes to move a joint and then you measure the ROM. The slope of the curve is stiffness. It is objective.
Flexibility is the maximal ROM that you achieve. It doesn't care about the torque it takes to get there
