This bill doesn't uphold the original intent of the Major Richard Star act. It also sets a terrible precedent of arbitrarily taking disability compensation from veterans. And why are we charging more fees for VA home loans now?
I support paying for legislation. But you have no problem giving billions to other groups that didnt serve their country honorably. Maybe get the priorities straight.

To be fair, I would support a permanent time change compromise of shifting all USA time by 30 min. Lock the clock and meet in the middle. I would not support permanent standard time because I dont want sunset before 5pm.

@yoalexrapz Getting dark at 4pm or even earlier is so depressing. Leaving work in the dark everyday is bad for your health. Not having any daylight after work sucks. No light to do yard work, cook outside, or play with the kids. Morning darkness is already a thing for half the year.
