Consumer campaigner, reporter TV radio & print, ceo association private health insurance intermediaries & interested in cemeteries & natural gas transition
@JonDeeOz we lost Sprocket the spaniel almost a year ago-- we planned his burial in the Blue Mts BTW and had a full blown ritual. It was fun and made the grief easier to manage
@Peter_Fitz I’d go for a natural burial a shroud not a coffin and no emissions with gas fired cremation hard to find but available even in Sydney basin. We buried mother in law in Lismore in one surrounded by nature
This is a classic example of 24 days of red tape (delay) …
Businesses who want to participate in the Seniors Card program are required to 1) fill-out and submit this form 2) wait up to four weeks (24 days) to get approval to join the program 🤦
Pleased to release our annual PHIIA member survey https://t.co/mfohbY7dGR
Specialist private health insurance comparison services have again accounted for selling almost a quarter of the sector's policies, which in the last financial year totalled 834,000.
Looking forward to speaking at the Health Insurance Summit in Sydney on the 28th-29th June 2022. Always a feisty time about important but oft-misunderstood sector #HIsummit22#InformaAustralia@Frankie Brewer

What's our heritage worth? The almost theatrical life and death of a grand old lady played out on the stage of Sydney Harbour and my very small part in her story. I was a bit player in the saga but she played a leading role in my life

@captainbrown@CentParklands No, as many bikes, mountains and otherwise, observed off-road in the park. Most piloted by grown-ups but as no (thankfully yet) licence requirements to ride I can only add 'go for it'
ID warning: Police blitz Bondi this AM checking IDs to ensure you are not more than 10kms from home. Polite officer asked for mine understand why but I felt very uneasy at the precedent. Russian sounding middle aged man became very agitated lucky to avoid arrest
Planning to be there for at least one of the remaining totalities as well as Australia's next one in Bondi-- The next total solar eclipse viewable from Sydney will be at 2pm on 22 July 2028. The Moon will fully cover the Sun for 3 minutes and 50 seconds.
