@British_Airways BA 711. After cancelling Ba 773, my original flight. I was here as requested 2 hours before scheduled 10:15dept. etd 12:50 via email? “Go to gate” to be told it’s now 13:35? Now: No info, no help, no service. At very least keep your customers informed.
