@AlGhurair_Ahmad Great educational post👍. ECIRS might save an additional tract in some cases and gives a torque-free opportunity to inspect all calyces.
The first ICE meeting in Rome is 3/12 away. I am looking forward to the as-live surgery, the extended abstract discussions, and "The Best Endourologist in the World" sessions. Lots to look forward to. 2 more days to register at the early-bird fee: https://t.co/tzYHbnsm2i

Thank you for helping us uncover this under-reported but potentially devastating issue 💪
@DongNguyeb BTW ChatGPTs (4o) opinion on the topic:
AI and robotics are not about replacing thinking but redefining it by allowing surgeons to focus on the “art” of medicine while automating the “science.” This synergy is likely to elevate patient care standards in endourology and beyond.
@DongNguyeb How do you define thinking? Most surgical procedures are just a sequence of predefined steps at the right time. Probably robotic and #endourology procedures are likely to be replaced. Aquablation is showing the way. Human supervision will still be needed for some time though.
