One of the greatest cheat codes in life is to never get offended. Train yourself to have a thick skin. Don't take things personally. Let others disagree with you. Being easily offended means you're easily manipulated. Want more peace? Avoid getting offended.
A major cheat code in life: Being easy to work with. Listening more than you speak. Being kind when others aren’t. Helping others succeed. Celebrating others’ wins. Showing up early, not just on time. People value those who make their lives easier.
The smartest people I know all have this in common: They change their minds often. It’s not a weakness or a sign of flaky beliefs. It’s proof that their ego doesn’t outrank new information. The goal isn't to be right, it's to get it right.
