@MichaelAArouet The market essentially has a memory of a time when September was trad volatile due to how the econ was structured back in the 1800’s. September was when banks would find out if loans they made to farms from harvest were good and those funds went into or came from the stck market

We know the genes for ‘short sleepers’ (5 hours instead of 8, no bad side effects); using embryo gene editing, newborns could have these as default setting. Would increase effective human lifespan by ~20%. Seems like a clear EA cause area. 🙃
