Tax Free Tuesday! The IRS has no lawful Commissioner!
Read that again.
The agency that sends you scary letters, files liens, and threatens your paycheck cannot point to a lawfully seated person at the top of its own chain of command.
When the Commissioner’s office emptied and Chief Counsel’s acting authority expired, there was no lawful respondent and no lawful counsel left standing.
Think about what that means.
Every case needs two sides.
If one side legally does not exist, who exactly are you fighting?
A friend of LFU took the IRS to Tax Court on exactly this point.
Motions are pending.
The grounds are simple: judgments against the Commissioner cannot stand where the office does not exist.
And the final request in that case?
Enforcement must be stayed or vacated until a lawful Commissioner is appointed.
Watch the clip and tell me you are still afraid.
At $1 per $XRP - people assume they will always have access to cheap $XRP
At $2 per $XRP- people still think there is plenty of time
At $5 per $XRP - people won’t be impressed
They’ll say “only $5?! I thought $XRP was meant to change finance”
At $10-$20 per $XRP - doubt starts creeping in
People will tell themselves this is probably the top
They’ll say they missed it…
but at least it isn’t $100
At $100 per $XRP- the FOMO mixed with regret begins
Because now they have to pay 50x more for the exact same digital asset they could have accumulated at $2
At $1,000 per $XRP- it won’t be FOMO anymore
It will be disbelief
People will realise $XRP was never just another retail trade
It was infrastructure hiding in plain sight
At $10,000+ per $XRP - the regret will be brutal
People will realise they fumbled one of the greatest wealth building opportunities of their lifetime
Not because they never saw $XRP
But because they never understood what they were looking at
To the $XRP holders
The people who accumulated
The people who stayed focused
The people who had the determination to hold
You will be rewarded
For your patience
Your conviction
And your ability to see the future before the crowd believed it was possible
THE XRP STORY IS BECOMING MUCH BIGGER
🚦“Ladies & Gentlemen, Start Your Engines!” 🏁
See what is converging?
Not rumor.
Not one announcement.
Architecture.
For years, XRP was understood primarily through one job:
MOVE VALUE. FAST. GLOBALLY.
Now add four more:
OWN. CUSTODY. COLLATERALIZE. PRODUCE.
1. XRP → CREDIT
Ripple President Monica Long has described institutional credit as a major XRP use case, with credit activity targeting 2027.
That changes the economic equation.
XRP isn’t limited to moving liquidity. It can become part of the infrastructure that secures liquidity.
Payments move capital.
Credit mobilizes capital.
Collateral secures credit.
2. XRP → REGULATED CUSTODY
Now Washington is building another piece.
The SEC has proposed “Adviser and Regulated Fund Custody Rules; Crypto Custody Rules” - 234 pages addressing custody within regulated financial structures.
Here’s the critical distinction:
CUSTODY ≠ OWNERSHIP.
You can own an asset while an authorized institution safeguards it under defined contractual terms.
Think of the emerging model as:
PRIVATE OWNERSHIP + REGULATED CUSTODY + PRODUCTIVE UTILITY.
3. XRP → PRODUCTIVE TREASURY ASSET
Now look at Evernorth.
Its strategy isn’t simply:
BUY XRP. HOLD XRP. WAIT.
Its three stated pillars are:
1 ACCUMULATE XRP
2 INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
3 DIVERSIFIED YIELD GENERATION
The objective is to increase XRP per share and expand XRP’s utility.
That’s important.
The model isn’t merely own the asset.
It’s:
OWN IT → SAFEGUARD IT → DEPLOY IT → PRODUCE WITH IT
4. NOW CONNECT THE ENGINE
This is where the architecture becomes easy to see:
OWNERSHIP → Who owns it?
CUSTODY → Who safeguards it?
PAYMENTS → How does value move?
SETTLEMENT → When is payment final?
CREDIT → How does capital get mobilized?
COLLATERAL → What secures that credit?
YIELD → How can productive deployment generate return?
These aren’t competing functions.
They are parts of the same financial engine.
And that changes the XRP question.
Stop asking only:
“How many XRP does a payment use?”
Start asking:
“How much XRP must be owned, accumulated, safeguarded and productively deployed to operate a global 24/7 financial system?”
That’s a fundamentally different supply-and-demand question.
An XRP briefly passing through a transaction performs one job.
An XRP held in custody, committed as collateral, deployed into authorized lending or otherwise put to productive use can perform another.
AND THE INDIVIDUAL DOESN’T DISAPPEAR.
Neither does private ownership.
Individuals can own XRP directly or through appropriate legal structures while institutional custodians safeguard assets and contractual arrangements define whether - and how - those assets can be productively deployed.
The terms matter.
The contract matters.
Ownership matters.
Custody itself doesn’t create yield.
Productive deployment does.
And the governing agreement determines who receives the economic benefit.
Now ZOOM out:
PRIVATE OWNERSHIP
↓
REGULATED CUSTODY
↓
PRODUCTIVE DEPLOYMENT
↓
CREDIT
↓
COLLATERAL
↓
GLOBAL SETTLEMENT
↓
MONETARY INFRASTRUCTURE
The timing deserves attention.
Evernorth is explicitly pursuing XRP accumulation, international expansion and diversified yield generation while the federal government is simultaneously developing proposed crypto-custody rules and Ripple is advancing institutional credit infrastructure.
OWNERSHIP → CUSTODY → PRODUCTIVITY → CREDIT → COLLATERAL → SETTLEMENT.
XRP originally answered:
“How can value move?”
The next chapter asks a much bigger question:
“How can value WORK?”
OWN IT
SAFEGUARD IT
PUT IT TO WORK
MOVE VALUE
SECURE VALUE
CREATE VALUE
XRP is becoming much more than a story about moving money.
It’s a story about the infrastructure underneath ownership, liquidity, credit, collateral and global capital itself.

Calm, cogent, brilliant reasoning and beautifully articulated by one of our world’s leading, sound money economists, @judyshel.
An efficient, trusted, cross-border unit of account not issued by a central banking entity like the Federal Reserve lacking trust, with potential to abuse control.

To All The Panicans Domestic & Abroad:
Because today, the CFTC just did what Congress couldn't and what most of you didn't see coming because you were too busy refreshing C-SPAN hoping Elizabeth Warren would suddenly grow a conscience.
She didn't. She won't. That's not how this works.
But here's what does work: the CFTC just established clear crypto market structure rules. And that sentence that dry, regulatory, boring-on-the-surface sentence is the substitute for the Clarity Act that everyone said was dead.
Congress failed to pass the Clarity Act. You watched it happen. The Panicans and you know exactly who I'm talking about, the "we lost" crowd, the "Trump's plan failed" crowd, the "guess I'll sell my dinar for 10 cents on the dollar on eBay" crowd they screamed into the void like someone just canceled their favorite reality show.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump who has been playing 4D chess while everyone else was playing checkers on a board they didn't even know was rigged already had Plan B baked into the oven. He knew Congress wouldn't pass it. He knew the Deep State's remaining legislative assets would stall it.
And he knew that the CFTC an independent agency that doesn't need a floor vote, doesn't need Nancy Pelosi's permission, and doesn't need to wait for Mitch McConnell to figure out which century he's in could do the exact same thing through rulemaking authority.
The Clarity Act was the public play. The CFTC rulemaking was the shadow play. And the shadow play just went live.
Stop waiting for Congress to save you. Congress is a procedural graveyard. The CFTC just built a highway through it.
@RedMGthaOG People are naïve. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to learn what they share via X.. you can Google the articles they share from the same news sources. So why pay??
@majeed66224499 Exactly! It’s no different w/ crypto starting at .0000001 before it reaches .01 … once those zeros are removed you could be rich AF!!! 💸🤑
@EZESKOL@EricLDaugh If you knew the motive behind the war then you wouldn’t be calling him a dumbass. Our government is purposely devaluing the US $ and there’s a global financial reform, but most don’t understand b/c they’re the real dumbasses!! That’s why the 1% will always remain the 1%
