@BenjaminSolak officials have no idea if a guy ran a wrong route. it's completely irrelevant to the penalty. there's either an eligible receiver in the area or there's not. if it's close to the LOS, like the stroud play, the philosophy is eligible receiver must be w/in ~5 yards.
