@cryptochamomile Space has horrible cooling and radiation effects are absolutely vicious to contend with on more modern technology nodes. AI/datacenters in space is a horrible idea.
@eurofounder I lived in Europe as a kid for a bit and thought it might be fun to try it as an adult. I looked up the salaries for engineers of all types and I'm not even exaggerating when I say I make 15-20x here what I would in UK/Germany. Tragic.
@ReviewsPossum Why are they incoming students then? I hate how colleges accept unintellectual retards like a job training facility, wish I was around for the 1800s where they were writing bitchy letters and mogging each other on physics experiments and proofs
@JobsNowPR This one's extra fucked up because if you study engineering in college you know a lot of students dream of getting into the auto industry in a meaningful way, 0% chance this was not hireable domestic
@TheTinMenBlog I believe this. Like I've mentioned before, back in engineering school you'd watch women with 2.5 GPAs, no understanding of the material, and no enthusiasm for the field get slurped up into every good internship and entry position with little to no technical grilling. Mega biased
@paleonormie Brisket used to be considered a trash cut and requires slow, long cooking to be soft enough to eat. You're falling for big-BBQ propaganda π
@VeeEmYou Eternal was annoying because it felt more like playing bop-it where you swap to the optimal way to kill whatever pops up in front of you or suffer. I hate being forced to pull out the shitty plasma gun instead of rad micro missiles
@anarch97 Some fat-ass guy tried to roast me for not caring to push for big weight on back squats with my long legs because front squats are enough to look good. He "owned" me by posting his 40- something BMI ass with a lifting belt barely containing his beer gut lmao
@taobanker Anything that hires from ivy leagues is this. There's not some magic special information only available to them, it's just a networking exercise.
