Why do people think banks/fintech companies are stupid enough to let people bypass MDR by splitting payments? They can simply put rate limits in place to prevent abuse.

The world’s largest Quantum learning mission is unfolding in Andhra Pradesh. 10,000 Andhra students have already joined the WISER — Washington Institute for STEM, Entrepreneurship & Research — program launched in partnership with Qubitech, @Qkrishi, and the AP Skill Development Corporation, under India’s National Quantum Mission. Amaravati is emerging as the global hub of Quantum learning, and I am confident we will reach our mission of 50,000 students soon.

For my talented young friends in AP who aspire to build careers in quantum technology:
At the CII Partnership Summit in Vizag, the Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Corporation partnered with the Washington Institute for STEM, Entrepreneurship & Research (WISER), Qubitech Smart Solutions, and QKrishi Quantum to strengthen the state’s Quantum Technology talent pipeline.
This initiative will provide global-standard quantum training, virtual lab access, and career opportunities to more than 50,000 learners across Andhra Pradesh, including students, researchers, and industry professionals.
The collaboration also supports the development of the Amaravati Quantum Valley as a global talent hub for innovation.
At a past company, the head of engineering and the principal engineers decided to break our Ruby on Rails application into a Go microservices mesh.
They created very detailed design documents and architecture diagrams. They went all out and used Kubernetes, gRPC, service templates, the whole shebang.
The whole senior engineering leadership came from Amazon, where they were used to each team owning a distinct service. They tried to apply that model directly. But our issues were with code ownership and poor domain modeling.
The entire application could have run on just a handful of EC2 instances.
What was the result?
Five years later, 70% of the application is still running on the Ruby on Rails monolith. Never completed the migration. But now they have to maintain two systems.
None of the original leadership works there anymore.
Spent my weekend working on #GreenerAI@swhyderabad@MSFTGarage and it was an amazing experience. Met so many awesome people over the weekend and blown away with the talent and stuff they are working on (especially students). https://t.co/MKv2PyPlwF
