Back in med school, I became obsessed with augmenting memory and dreamed of a Notion or Obsidian that completes itself. Today, we’ve built something close.

My self-awareness is sharper and everything feels connected. I genuinely believe AI does not replace humans. It amplifies us.

Huge respect to our engineers and designers who made this crazy thing real.

Bubbles are the episodic units of my life that the system interprets from my raw data. Clouds are the system’s questions, its hypotheses about who I am.
When I answer a cloud, it becomes a bubble again.

There is so much personal data that I cannot fully demo it. Wish I could. This system understands me more deeply than anyone.

You’re right. Much of Andhra’s scenic spots remain undiscovered.

And beyond the beautiful beaches of Andhra Pradesh, there are spectacular locations upriver too.
Lush coconut groves and tranquil backwaters are well within reach. 

One of the reasons I am proud of @clubmahindra is because we chose, from inception, to work hard to create new destinations in addition to setting up in established hotspots.

So forgive me for advocating one such Resort, the Dindi RVR Club Mahindra!

Dindi, a serene backwater gem in Andhra, is a paradise for nature lovers—home to the giant Victoria Amazonica, whose leaves span nearly 3 metres, sturdy enough to hold a child (as captured beautifully by guest Sowjan Kanna in the fourth photo).

When I was in pharma sales we used to conduct lipid profile camps at various clinics via a good lab.
I have seen 100s of labs reports.

The common feature is raised triglycerides & low HLD in almost all.

Know why this happens? Its due to "INSULIN RESISTANCE"
DID YOU KNOW THIS? DID ANYONE TELL YOU THIS?

If not then learn now. What is am talking is science & the truth.

We measure TG & HDL but in the lipid profile test panel the LDL particle size is absent.

But high TG and low HDL can be corrected by addressing insulin resistance via lowering carbohydrates or by taking meds...
