I’m losing big on this trade, more pain tomorrow. Unfortunately it’s looking like management has been more focused on trying to play the stock than actually running the company. Now my blinders are off I see the pattern. I’ve seen it before but I guess I didn’t learn enough the first time

$AMPG I am happy to see a flat or slightly down day moving into earnings. Continued upwards momentum would be fuel for a “sell the news” event. This leaves room for a gap up on earnings.

I am a similarly overloaded (small scale) also stock doc. I agree with your thesis. However, my past experience with markets is an awesome earnings will likely result in a sell the news cycle. I am also prepared for this and will consider rotating out of other assets to double down if the market gets silly like it often does.
