. @Vp_TPA@GlasgowCC@CyclingScotland@SustransScot these temporary road works have blocked access to the National cycle route. Cyclists need equal access during roadworks. There’s a queue of cars behind me as I had to dismount and walk this. This is too dangerous.

Sadly we could see a similar headline due to cycle lanes not being maintained. This is day 3 of a cinder block sitting in the London Road cycle lane. Please remove it @GlasgowCC. If a cyclist hits it, they could fly into 2 lanes of traffic. It’s so dangerous.

Though much news about the #ClimateEmergency is worrying, decarbonising transport is an opportunity to make our communities nicer and healthier to live in. Switching from cars to bikes for short journeys will make our streets, safer, quieter and nicer to be in #BikeIsBest
@ScotRail@scotgov Your refund process doesn’t state how long it will take to get my refund. Nor does it ask for bank details. And I have to post the tickets. The whole refund process is going to take longer than my journey into Glasgow central. This is an awful process!
.@ScotRail cancelled train last minute (next train in 1 hr). Cambuslang staff “not interested in discussing the cancellation” and literally slammed the door in our face. Display boarding isn’t synching messages. He can’t issue a refund. Poor service. Please improve @scotgov
@ScotRail@scotgov I’m sorry to hear someone is unwell. However abusive staff is unacceptable. It’s now cost us extra to use a bus. Hugely disappointing experience. I had hoped things would be better under new ownership - but today’s experience proves otherwise.
It’s now been over a month. Had a message on Twitter to say customer service is busy. No shit Sherlock. What I need is for someone to look at my case. We’ve been out of pocket for over a month and luggage is still showing as missing. #CustomerServiceFail#BadCustomerService

Shocking that @Tesco charge school children more for a lunchtime ‘meal deal’. It’s 50p more if you don’t have a Clubcard, which is only for 18+
Are you trying to drive them out of your store? This will only encourage more fast food lunches. @scotgov
