@MillerandCarter We spoke to a ‘manager’ who was more interested in their opinion and asking the chef for theirs too. We were told the chef is too busy to make sure meals are served with quality in mind. Also too busy to check steak quality. Very poor service for the premium price. 🤬

@MillerandCarter I can’t say I’ve had such a terrible meal as tonight. My partners steak tastes ‘almost off’ and mine is so thin half of it struggled to be anything other than ‘well done’. We’re not getting the quality you advertise. The empty room says others feel the same. 🤬
